This is an advice-only, one-time service that provides you with a comprehensive plan to steer you towards your goals.

In this service, you do not pay fees. PeakAlpha receives consideration in the form of commissions and pay outs from its financial partners.

The following prerequisites must be met before scheduling the initial session:

  • The session will be scheduled only on receipt of a completed template with required data from you. Necessary documents must be kept handy or shared with the template.
  • Once the template is received, the portfolio manager will review it and identify inadequate or missing information. The portfolio manager will subsequently inform you over an email to share the same.
  • Mutual Fund KYC in the name of the investor should be completed and registered.
  • Onboarding on the necessary mutual fund transaction platform should be completed.
  • A token transaction on the mutual fund transaction platform should be completed.

PeakAlpha will schedule the initial session once the above prerequisites are met.

Recommendations and reports will be based only on information shared and made available to the portfolio manager by you on or before the date of the session.

You will receive three sessions in the first year of engagement with us:

a. The first session will be an extensive two-hour session.

b. You will receive two subsequent review sessions, once every four months, after the first session. These sessions will be scheduled for one and a half hours. PeakAlpha will reach out to you to schedule the review sessions at a mutually convenient time. There will be no interim session in the first year.

c. From the second year onwards, the frequency of review sessions will be based on the segment that you fall under.

d. How is the segmentation determined? The segmentation is determined by the Mutual Fund Assets under Management.

e. The segments and their respective reviews from the second year are as follows:

f. Interim sessions can be scheduled for any interim requirements or discussions over and above the scheduled reviews.

g. These are based on the segment that you fall under, which is determined by the Mutual Fund Assets under Management.

h. The segments and their respective interim sessions available to you from the second year are as follows:

i. You will have to reach out to the Customer Advocacy team at PeakAlpha or the respective portfolio manager to schedule the interim sessions. Each session will be scheduled for 30 minutes, based on mutual convenience. After the interim session, the portfolio manager will send out an interim report with recommendations, if any.

j. Review reports and interim reports will not be followed by report discussions. Only the report sent after the initial session will be followed by a 30-minute report discussion.

A portfolio report documents the recommendations provided in the session. A report is generated and sent to you after the session.

PeakAlpha will not incorporate any fresh data once the report has been shared with you. Hence the report discussion will only be based on inputs received during the first session (from the shared template) and the review.

Under the PeakFolio service, implementation support will be provided for mutual funds, insurance, bonds and other instruments. The implementation of mutual funds will be in Regular mode through PeakAlpha.

The implementation support team will also extend their support on the following service requests:

1. Change of bank

2. Change of nominee

3. Change of mobile number/email ID/address

4. Change of FATCA and residential status

5. Transmission of units

6. Capital Gain Statements/Account Statements

STEPS TO CHECK YOUR KYC STATUS:

  1. Visit www.cvlkra.com and click on KYC Inquiry
  2. Enter your 10-digit PAN and Captcha and click on Submit
  3. Your KYC Status will be displayed as ‘KYC Validated / KYC Registered / KYC On-Hold’

WHAT DOES EACH KYC STATUS IMPLY?

  • KYC VALIDATED
  • Relax! You have to do nothing at all!
  • Over 73% of investors are KYC Validated, you too are one of them.
  • You can do any transaction in any mutual fund, anytime.
  • KYC REGISTERED
  • You can continue making transactions (like Purchases, Redemptions, Switches, SIPs, etc.) in all your existing Mutual Fund investments
    without any hassle.
  • Only if you want to invest in a mutual fund where you don’t have any investment already, you will have to do your KYC once again.
  • You can get your KYC status changed to ‘KYC Validated’ by doing the KYC Update/ KYC Modification process using PAN and Aadhaar from
    XML, Digi-locker or M-Aadhaar.
  • The process to do this is simple, available on all Mutual Fund/RTA websites and takes few minutes to complete.
  • Once your KYC status changes to Validated you can invest in any Mutual Fund of your choice without any requirement of re-KYC.
  • KYC ON-HOLD/REJECTED
  • The KYC status on the Mutual Fund /RTA website, will show the reason for ‘KYC On-Hold’/Rejected status; it could be: Mobile or Email not
    validated / PAN is not linked with Aadhaar / Deficiency in the KYC documents, etc.
  • You simply have to remediate the reason for KYC On-Hold/Rejected by following the steps given on the Mutual Fund Website. Once your
    KYC status changes to Registered/Validated you will be all set to start transacting, as per the KYC status.
  • The steps to resolve any KYC issues are easy and can be done from the comfort of your home. In case of any difficulties, feel free to contact
    your intermediaries or KRAs office/ helpline (available on their website) for further assistance.
