- Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring their experience with the organization is delightful
- Schedule client reviews and follow up for closure
- Work with Wealth Advisors for client engagement and report closures
- Connecting regularly with new & existing clients (as per the data/lead provided)
- Understanding the company’s products & services and able to effectively communicate the same to the customers
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Database management
- Ability to develop/maintain positive working relationship with client and colleagues
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Qualifications –
- Graduate any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Required Skills–
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Proven customer service experience
- Exhibit a deep sense of responsibility and ownership and operate independently, flexibly and proactively
- Ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships
